1. How are we operating?
1.1 Formation of Student Volunteer team – Campus Ambassador
A team of 10-15 people will be formed in Schools and Colleges under the supervision and leadership of Principal. We are connecting with students/society and seeking volunteers to operate and execute key tasks required.
1.2 Collaborating with Colleges
WDAC, Janakpur is working closely for the campaign for sharing to reach to the maximum partners and donors for support of ideas, planning and execution of plans for the campaign.
1.3 Local partners and eco clubs
We are connecting with clubs and community groups. We are approaching local community to work together for the campaign.
1.4 Government bodies
‘Janakpur Municipality, District Development Office, Water Supply and Sanitation Division’ etc. We are requesting government bodies for the provision of certain resources required for the program.
2. How are we doing it?
2.1 Step One
Our Student Volunteer team in Janakpur will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders such as schools, businesses, local partners, local eco clubs and government bodies regarding the campaign and they are invited to participate in the programs and charity.
2.2 Step Two
The team will coordinate with schools to encourage their students to participate in the program. Point of contact at schools could be Principal, Director, PR Coordinators, Branch Managers, and Head of the Intuitions.
2.3 Step Three
School students, volunteers and participants will be trained and educated about the importance of the above programs and initiatives. A behavioral change approach will be implemented by exposing participants to educational videos and brochures. An instructional video will also be shown in order to train participants on ‘how to’ accomplish the goal safely and effectively.
2.4 Step Four
Participating schools/colleges, organizations are then asked to drop in check about the programs and contribute accordingly as per their interest and claim tax exemption the charity made.
