These 2 flyers are part of our YOUTH ENGAGEMENT & SUPPORT PROGRAM. The first one is for the Trainers and the second one is for the Trainees. The idea is to train the college students of Janakpur on the soft skills part through different interventions. Its not that Nepalese Job market lack the opportunities, its the soft skills part that is pulling back the potential candidates cited by the different recruitment agencies and industry in Nepal. So, this initiative goes for it.
